Bisnis.com, JAKARTA— Operator telekomunikasi, PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT), mengantongi pertumbuhan omzet 9% pada 2016, ditopang kinerja yang mulus pada divisi seluler dan internet, meski sedikit tertekan oleh kinerja telekomunikasi tetap.
Berdasarkan laporan keuangan yang diterbitkan Rabu (15/3/2017), Perseroan mencatatkan pertumbuhan omzet menjadi Rp29,18 triliun pada 2016, atau naik 9% dari raihan tahun sebelumnya Rp26,77 triliun. Pendapatan terbesar diperoleh dari lini bisnis seluler dengan porsi 83%, divisi multimedia, komunikasi data, dan internet (MIDI) sebanyak 14%, dan telekomuniksi tetap hanya 3%.
Dari sisi kinerja, pendapatan seluler mengalami pertumbuhan 10% menjadi Rp24,09 triliun dari capaian tahun sebelumnya Rp21,89 triliun. Hal itu ditopang pendapatan data, telepon, pesan singkat, dan VAS yang diimbangi penurunan pendapatan interkoneksi.
Pendapatan MIDI juga mengalami kenaikan yang sama yakni 10% menjadi Rp4,1 triliun, dari semula Rp3,7 triliun pada 2015. Lonjakan dipicu pertumbuhan bisnis layanan teknologi informasi (TI) yang dikontribusi dari Lintasarta, salah satu anak usaha Indosat Ooredoo.
Kendati demikian, omzet telekomunikasi tetap menyusut hingga 14,3% menjadi Rp958 miliar dari raihan semula Rp1,12 triliun pada 2015.
“Penurunan disebabkan trafik yang menurun dan nilai tukar rupiah menguat terhadap dolar AS,” demikian disampaikan dalam keterangan tertulis perseroan, Rabu(15/3/2017).
Mengacu pada kinerja tersebut, laba sebelum bunga, pajak, depresiasi, dan amortisasi (EBITDA) operator swasta itu tumbuh 12,1% menjadi Rp12,9 triliun dari perolehan 2015 sebesar Rp11,5 triliun, dengan margin EBITDA sebesar 44,1%.
Adapun, beban biaya mengalami kenaikan 3,4% dari Rp24,4 triliun menjadi Rp25,2 triliun. Sementara itu, porsi utang valuta asing menyusut hingga 58,3% dari semula US$432 juta menjadi US0 juta. Perseroan juga menyusutkan porsi utang valas dari semula mencapai 25% kini menjadi hanya 12% dari total utang perseroan.
Total utang yang berasal dari pinjaman bank dan obligasi juga mengalami penurunan 14,8% atau Rp3,5 triliun dibanding tahun sebelumnya.
“Pembayaran utang dilakukan untuk mengurangi pengaruh fluktuasi mata uang terhadap laba bersih perusahaan,”karanya.
Secara rinci, peningkatan kinerja operasional, nilai tukar mata uang yang stabil, dan porsi utang valuta asing yang lebih rendah mendorong kinerja laba bersih menjadi Rp1,1 triliun pada 2016.
Sepanjang 2016, anak usaha perusahaan telekomunikasi asal Qatar itu membangun sebanyak 5.796 base transceiver station (BTS), di mana 57% merupakan BTS 3G dan 4G untuk menunjang pertumbuhan data.
Jumlah pelanggan seluler sampai akhir 2016 tercatat 85,7 juta pengguna. Sepanjang tahun lalu, pelanggan seluler meningkat 16 juta dibandingkan 2015. Sementara itu, pertumbuhan jumlah pengguna data turut mendorong pertumbuhan trafik data sebesar 147% dan pertumbuhan pendapatan data mencapai 46,7% dari tahun sebelumnya.

JAKARTA—Operator telekomunikasi PT Indosat Tbk. mengantongi pertumbuhan omzet 9% pada 2016, ditopang kinerja yang mulus pada divisi seluler dan internet, meski sedikit tertekan oleh kinerja telekomunikasi tetap.
Berdasarkan laporan keuangan yang diterbitkan Rabu (15/3/2017), Perseroan mencatatkan pertumbuhan omzet menjadi Rp29,18 triliun pada 2016, atau naik 9% dari raihan tahun sebelumnya Rp26,77 triliun. Pendapatan terbesar diperoleh dari lini bisnis seluler dengan porsi 83%, divisi multimedia, komunikasi data, dan internet (MIDI) sebanyak 14%, dan telekomuniksi tetap hanya 3%.
Dari sisi kinerja, pendapatan seluler mengalami pertumbuhan 10% menjadi Rp24,09 triliun dari capaian tahun sebelumnya Rp21,89 triliun. Hal itu ditopang pendapatan data, telepon, pesan singkat, dan VAS yang diimbangi penurunan pendapatan interkoneksi.
Pendapatan MIDI juga mengalami kenaikan yang sama yakni 10% menjadi Rp4,1 triliun, dari semula Rp3,7 triliun pada 2015. Lonjakan dipicu pertumbuhan bisnis layanan teknologi informasi (TI) yang dikontribusi dari Lintasarta, salah satu anak usaha Indosat Ooredoo.
Kendati demikian, omzet telekomunikasi tetap menyusut hingga 14,3% menjadi Rp958 miliar dari raihan semula Rp1,12 triliun pada 2015.
“Penurunan disebabkan trafik yang menurun dan nilai tukar rupiah menguat terhadap dolar AS,” demikian disampaikan dalam keterangan tertulis perseroan, Rabu(15/3/2017).
Mengacu pada kinerja tersebut, laba sebelum bunga, pajak, depresiasi, dan amortisasi (EBITDA) operator swasta itu tumbuh 12,1% menjadi Rp12,9 triliun dari perolehan 2015 sebesar Rp11,5 triliun, dengan margin EBITDA sebesar 44,1%.
Adapun, beban biaya mengalami kenaikan 3,4% dari Rp24,4 triliun menjadi Rp25,2 triliun. Sementara itu, porsi utang valuta asing menyusut hingga 58,3% dari semula US$432 juta menjadi US0 juta. Perseroan juga menyusutkan porsi utang valas dari semula mencapai 25% kini menjadi hanya 12% dari total utang perseroan.
Total utang yang berasal dari pinjaman bank dan obligasi juga mengalami penurunan 14,8% atau Rp3,5 triliun dibanding tahun sebelumnya.
“Pembayaran utang dilakukan untuk mengurangi pengaruh fluktuasi mata uang terhadap laba bersih perusahaan,”karanya.
Secara rinci, peningkatan kinerja operasional, nilai tukar mata uang yang stabil, dan porsi utang valuta asing yang lebih rendah mendorong kinerja laba bersih menjadi Rp1,1 triliun pada 2016.
Sepanjang 2016, anak usaha perusahaan telekomunikasi asal Qatar itu membangun sebanyak 5.796 base transceiver station (BTS), di mana 57% merupakan BTS 3G dan 4G untuk menunjang pertumbuhan data.
Jumlah pelanggan seluler sampai akhir 2016 tercatat 85,7 juta pengguna. Sepanjang tahun lalu, pelanggan seluler meningkat 16 juta dibandingkan 2015. Sementara itu, pertumbuhan jumlah pengguna data turut mendorong pertumbuhan trafik data sebesar 147% dan pertumbuhan pendapatan data mencapai 46,7% dari tahun sebelumnya.
